Welcome to rōz. By accessing or using our website at rozstore.co, placing an order, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our site or its content without express written permission from rōz. All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of rōz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Products & Availability

All rōz jewelry is handmade by artisans in Istanbul, Turkey using brass plated in 21k gold. Because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the exact appearance of a piece. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at info@rozstore.co as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

rōz ships on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders are fulfilled via UPS with standard delivery taking 3–7 business days within the United States. Priority Mail is also available at checkout for faster delivery. We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders over $135.

We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. rōz is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email info@rozstore.co with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges — if you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

rōz gift cards are delivered digitally and are redeemable only at rozstore.co. Gift cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash, returned, or refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Email Communications

By providing your email address — whether through a purchase, newsletter signup, or account creation — you may receive marketing communications from rōz, including new collection announcements, promotions, and brand updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on rozstore.co — including but not limited to the rōz name, logo, product names, photography, product descriptions, and website design — is owned by rōz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to infringe upon the rights of others, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, or to attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of our site.

Limitation of Liability

rōz and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
