If you have any questions or concerns about your order or would like to request a return, please follow these instructions:
- Email us at info@rozstore.co within 7 days of receiving your order explaining the reason for your return.
- If the product is defected, please attach images of the product and damage.
- You will receive return instructions via email. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a product defect.
- To qualify for a full refund , the product must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the return instructions.
All items must be returned unworn, untarnished, and undamaged in its original pouch. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days after receiving the product and inspection.
Any returns that are made without following the instructions above will not be refunded.
