Shipping & Returns

If you have any questions or concerns about your order or would like to request a return, please follow these instructions:

  1. Email us at info@rozstore.co within 7 days of receiving your order explaining the reason for your return. 
  2. If the product is defected, please attach images of the product and damage.
  3. You will receive return instructions via email. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a product defect. 
  4. To qualify for a full refund , the product must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the return instructions.


All items must be returned unworn, untarnished, and undamaged in its original pouch. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days after receiving the product and inspection.

Any returns that are made without following the instructions above will not be refunded.
