1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Welcome to rōz ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at rozstore.co (the "Site") and any purchases you make through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

rōz specializes in jewelry. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on the Site, including colors, dimensions, and materials. However, please note the following:

  • Jewelry items are handcrafted or produced with natural materials and may vary slightly in appearance from product images.

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and display.

  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

 

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing, offer promotions, or discontinue any product at any time.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on the Site. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

 

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

rōz ships internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your sole responsibility. rōz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

 

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your rōz jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale items, custom or personalized pieces, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including packaging and postage.

  • If the item is defective or we made an error with your order, rōz will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning a defective item so we can provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

 

 

7.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, photography, videos, and the overall look and feel of the Site (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of rōz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

rōz does not guarantee the durability, longevity, or suitability of any jewelry product for any particular use. Jewelry requires proper care, and wear and tarnish over time are not considered defects.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in New York, New York.
